We are currently seeking the talents of Lead Customer Service Representatives(Lead Bank Tellers)in the Tysons, Virginia area!!

Qualified candidates must demonstrate commitment to extraordinary customer service, strong relationships and ability to work as a proactive self-starter and team player. Individuals will be high achievers with superior interpersonal & motivational abilities. Outstanding customer service, team orientation and leadership skills are required, along with strong interpersonal skills.

Lead Customer Service Representatives (Bank Tellers) work in a fast-paced, high-volume cash-handling environment with daily face-to-face customer contact. The ability to work as part of a team is essential. Some local travel may be required. Must be flexible with regards to schedule. Candidates must have strong leadership skills/experience. Candidates must also have the ability to work in a team atmosphere with the ability to manage multiple tasks. Two years of teller experience is preferred. Previous sales experience is helpful.
